Sustainable Pastoral Pace

I just finished listening to Greg Surratt of Seacoast Church, a fast growing, multi-site church in South Carolina. He spoke this week at their monthly “First Wednesday” service and had some revealing things to say about his own journey and Pastors he knows in large and fast-growing churches.

Though he is speaking directly to his congregation about their local context of ministry, I would encourage any Pastor of any size church to listen to this message. Ask the Lord what He might have to say to you through it.
