There is something to be said for the ability to differentiate work life from personal life that most church leaders don't have the opportunity to do. I have been a Christian for quite some time and had several opportunities to work at churches. I see validity in many of your points. I must say the best experience I had working in a church office was when I worked at one church and attended a different church. :) Interesting.
